We host outreach events with schools nationwide to connect girls with role models, and introduce them to the full variety of careers and options in life! We want to help build their confidence and resilience, nurture and encourage their curiosity, and inspire them to dream big and aim high!

Industry Visit: Boeing Singapore
21 curious students from Catholic Junior College visited Boeing to explore the aviation industry and its real-world applications. They met with aviation professionals to learn about the wide range of career pathways within the sector and gained hands-on experience through a flight simulator demonstration, experiencing aircraft takeoff and landing firsthand. The visit sparked curiosity and excitement about the possibilities within the aerospace industry.
Speed-Networking with Raffles Girls Primary
In a lively session with 286 girls and 48 role models from different industries shared personal stories and career insights, offering a window into the many pathways available in fields such as Law, Banking & Finance, Food Science, Science & Technology, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. Through engaging conversations, the students asked questions, reflected on the role models’ experiences, and gained practical advice on pursuing their interests and ambitions.
The session not only boosted their confidence but also inspired the girls to explore new possibilities and think creatively about their future careers.
Self-Leadership Workshop + Speed-Networking with St Anthony's Primary
A workshop with 94 girls from St. Anthony’s Primary School encouraged participants to see leadership as something everyone can embody. The session included interactive activities demonstrating that leadership is about taking initiative, guiding others, and driving personal growth.
The workshop concluded with an energising speed-networking segment featuring 21 role models from banking, motorsports, healthcare, and food science, who shared their personal journeys. The experience boosted the girls’ confidence and motivated them to embrace challenges in their own unique ways.
Industry Visit to Amadeus
46 students from Changkat Changi Secondary School visited Amadeus to explore how technology drives the travel and hospitality industries. They met professionals from different business units and learned about the wide range of careers behind global travel.
Students also joined hands-on activities like airport check-in simulations and seat-mapping exercises, gaining a clearer view of how different teams work together to shape the travel experience. The visit offered a dynamic snapshot of the industry and inspired students to imagine the future of travel.
Industry Visit to Clyde & Co
27 girls from CHIJ St. Joseph’s Convent visited Clyde & Co to explore how legal knowledge shapes real-world decision-making. Through conversations with professionals from Clyde & Co and BHP, they discovered the diverse pathways within the legal industry and gained a clearer picture of what a career in law can look like.
Students also worked on interactive case studies alongside the lawyers, experiencing how legal principles are applied in practice. The visit sparked meaningful insights, from seeing the collaborative nature of legal work to understanding how the law influences everyday life. Industry Visit to Fitch Singapore
17 curious students from Changkat Changi Secondary School’s Math Talent Department visited Fitch Singapore to see how math and analytical skills drive real-world financial decisions. Through interactive activities and conversations with Fitch professionals, they explored credit ratings and their role in the global economy. The visit sparked fresh insights, from understanding the human side of ratings to questioning underlying reasoning. Thanks to the Fitch volunteers for sharing your expertise and showing students how math can shape the world of finance.
Self-Leadership Workshop with RGPS Dance CCA
A powerful afternoon with 51 girls from Indian, Chinese, and Contemporary Dance CCAs explored self-leadership beyond titles. Through interactive activities, they reflected on kindness, courage, and care in everyday life. Highlights included a creative drawing exercise imagining how they could lead in their own lives, and a speed-networking session with 12 inspiring dance role models who shared stories of resilience, passion, and staying true to oneself. The girls left inspired to lead with heart and make a positive impact. 💫

BlackRock Financial Literacy Club
In today's fast-paced world, financial literacy is more important than ever for students, especially as they approach adulthood. Many have expressed a lack of awareness and practical knowledge.
Together, Inspiring Girls Singapore and BlackRock designed a 3-part financial literacy workshop series. Through this programme, we aimed not only to answer their questions but also to spark curiosity, build confidence, and inspire action.
Throughout the programme, we covered essential financial concepts, engaged students in interactive discussions and activities, and helped them connect the dots between theory and real life. The sessions culminated in a start-up challenge and pitch, where the girls worked in teams to ideate a business idea and develop a simple financial plan — putting their learning into action.
Industry Visit to Bank of Singapore (BOS)
24 students from CHIJ St Theresa’s Convent visited Bank of Singapore (BOS), where they participated in speed-networking with women leaders across various corporate functions. They also heard from interns about different roles, educational pathways, and the skills needed to succeed in the industry. The visit concluded with a tour of the premises, offering the students valuable insight into a professional work environment.
Gear-Up Programme (10-part)
Inspiring Girls partnered with a local secondary school to deliver a 10-part Gear-Up programme, an MOE after-school initiative supporting students who are vulnerable or at-risk. The programme combined empowerment workshops with career exposure to help students build confidence, resilience, and broaden their horizons.

Industry Visit to SCOR
Celebrating IWD with our corporate partner SCOR! We brought 21 students out of school to visit SCOR for a day of learning. The students were provided with a unique opportunity to explore the realms of Reinsurance through an informative and interactive session. Through the visit, they gained invaluable insights into the workings of the industry, broadening their understanding of potential career pathways and opportunities.
Communications Workshop with IFS
Girls from IFS joined us for a dynamic communications workshop, designed to empower them as effective communicators, irrespective of their current skill level. Through speed-networking, interactive discussions, and engaging activities, they connected with seasoned Paypal professionals who served as their mentors. These mentors shared experiences, helped facilitate conversations, and provided invaluable insights to enhance their communication skills. 💬

Through dynamic speed-networking and interactive activities, they met diverse role models who shared stories of resilience, navigating uncertainty, and the importance of being curious and open-minded. To celebrate the end of examinations, we connected nearly 300 Primary 5 girls from Raffles Girls’ Primary School with 51 inspiring female role models. Through a vibrant speed-networking session, the girls engaged in empowering conversations and heard impactful stories of resilience and determination. One student shared, “You made me feel there is always hope, even after failure. I learned that while you may be lost in the dark, you cannot give up; eventually, you will see the light!” 💡 The event inspired the girls to embrace challenges and strive toward their goals with confidence!
Self-Leadership Workshop with St Anthony's Primary School
We spent an inspiring day with the P5 girls of St. Anthony’s Primary School! The day began with a self-leadership workshop, where facilitators empowered the girls to see that leadership comes from within and is for everyone. The girls shared heartwarming aspirations, from helping at home and supporting friends to caring for animals and the elderly, showing their passion for making a positive impact. To conclude, 20 role models from various diverse fields shared their journeys via speed-networking, inspiring the girls with lessons on resilience and perseverance to pursue their dreams.

To mark the end of their examinations, Secondary 2 and 3 girls from CHIJ SNGS were given a special opportunity to step outside the classroom and visit 3M and QIAGEN. We had the pleasure of bringing 25 Secondary 3 girls from CHIJ St Theresa’s Convent on an exciting learning journey to Spotify Singapore. We kicked off the day with a panel discussion with male allies, who shared how diversity of thought fuels innovation. This set the stage for what followed — a speed-networking session with female Spotifiers, giving the girls a peek into the career paths, and day-to-day work at Spotify. The girls then toured the office, getting a behind-the-scenes look where creativity and collaboration come to life. Wrapping up the day was an “Ask Me Anything” segment where the girls had the opportunity to ask female Spotifiers questions about the various career paths at Spotify, the skills and qualities that contribute to success in those roles, and more!

Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of teaming up with QIAGEN to spotlight Singapore’s exciting life science and molecular diagnostics industry. It was an action-packed day for the students, who dived into a world of exploration and discovery. The programme was brimming with interactive activities that let the students get up close with innovations in the life science research and molecular testing space firsthand. Throughout the day, students rotated through various stations, each designed to engage their curiosity and provide real-world insights. These hands-on experiences not only brought their textbooks to life but also sparked their imaginations about future careers in science and technology.

In collaboration with Smobler Studios, a metaverse agency, students from ITE College East attended a voxel workshop where they learned how to create a 3D graphic asset of an avatar using the VoxEdit tool by The Sandbox!
Case Study Competition Event
28 J2 students from CJC were tasked with analysing a legal case study scenario centred around cyberbullying, examining its implications, and crafting recommendations and innovative solutions to tackle the problem effectively. Each student group was paired with experienced legal mentors from Clyde & Co and the legal department of Salesforce, who offered insights, advice, and support to the students throughout the competition.

Kickstarting IWD celebrations with our beneficiaries! 17 Secondary 3 - 5 CHIJ SJC girls got to connect and network with seasoned professionals from S&P Global, who shared their experiences and expertise to empower the girls to communicate with confidence, whether in public speaking, presentations, or everyday conversations.
School Talk at RGPS
We had the privilege of hosting our role model, Anya Pandit, for a captivating speaking session attended by 50 enthusiastic girls from the arts CCA and library club.
During the session, the girls posed insightful and thought-provoking questions, delving into topics ranging from balancing work and hobbies, to leveraging engineering skills in the realm of food blogging. Later, the girls embarked on a journey envisioning themselves as food bloggers, unleashing their creativity through vibrant drawings and expressive writings about their favourite meals.
