Why a GIRLS’ programme?

A lack of self-confidence, pressure of gender stereotypes and limited access to female role models affects girls all around the world. These statistics won’t change if we don’t intervene early in a girls’ life. Leading by example is the best way to show girls how they can achieve!

YOU CAN CHANGE THE NUMBERS TODAY

  • REDUCE GENDER INEQUALITY

  • REDUCE LEADERSHIP GAPS

  • SUPPORT AN OPEN MINDSET

OUR MISSION

We are a local charity organisation dedicated to raising the aspirations of girls aged 9 to 18 years old by connecting girls with female role models to help build their confidence and resilience.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We aim to provide a platform for female role models to share their personal stories of experiences and introduce a diverse opportunities and career paths in life and to inspire them to aim high with a purpose.
